The following companies have hired my services for the production of their user documentaion, video tutorials, article and reports. In general, commercial clients do not require anonimity as such, but do require non-disclosure agreements for the projects themselves and this is true for the companies listed below. However, there are many other private and commercial clients that cannot be mentioned here because they simply wish to remain anonymous and their wishes have been respected.

Design and develop network of websites for the Online Health Forum using SEO analytical tools, Keyword Elite, SEO Elite and XsitePro.

• Design and implement an Internet SEO traffic creation strategy in the form of a mini-network of 10 websites optimized for search engine compatibility.
• Perform business and keyword analysis and build sites using SEO Website Builder, xSitePro, Homesite 5.0 and WT Analyser. This particular website linking strategy is used as sales funnel.
• Write unique page content for each site.

• Research and write on-line help system for a Sports Betting software application using Robohelp, Macromedia Homesite 5.0 and Photoshop and associated tools.
• Devise and produce a series of training videos for this application
• Create forum and monitor client feedback. Collate and prioritize ideas and enhancement requests from users for future releases.

• Research and write online help systems for Sony Mstore application using RoboHelp HTML and HomeSite 5.
• Create online help for Mdialogue, a SONY multimedia application also using RoboHelp HTML and HomeSite 5.

• Create online video tutorials using Camtasia Studio 2 and Camtasia Recorder

• Write Functional Specifications. Develop website and attach merchant account facilities.

• Scope, design and write a 'Trader Reference Guide' for a major software product called MarginMan V1.0, an FX Collateralised Trading System.
• Write Training documentation and run courses worldwide on FX Collateralised Trading for bank staff, using the MarginMan application.
• Perform feasibility study and business analysis for a new business requirement necessitating the addition of ‘Futures and Options’ instruments within the MarginMan application.
• Write test specifications for the ‘Quote Engine’ modules of a Web based Automated Trading System (WATS) for use by the test team throughout the product testing phase.

• Liase with business experts to write the Product Requirement Specifications for a software interface.  
• Design and write workflow processes, business logic and 'use cases' to enable a 3rd party software developers to code the business rules for a proprietary workflow engine to enable 'Straight Through Processing'.

• Reseach and write Product Requirement Specifications for a real time application interface between front and back office computer systems.
• Design and write the Interface User Guide for the above.

All of the above were written to BS7649 standards.

• Rewrite the following UNIX documentation for BT Fulcrum 6000 range of computers. 
  • Quick Reference Guide for the M6000 Command Set
  • M6000 Hardware Guide
  • FX25 System Administrator’s Guide.

All of the above were written to BS5750 standards.

British Telecom Facilities Network Management

Advise and plan technical documentation for the complete range of BT Linesman product set.

• Involved writing system specifications and user guides for the following products:
  • Linesman Fault and Resource Manager
  • Linesman Call Manager
  • Linesman Access Manager
  • Linesman Interface Manager
  • Linesman Node and Data Manager

All of the above were written to BS5750 standards.
